This is based in action, often soul aligned action. Even though the frequency shift instantly, it requires a little time for the shift to become physical and we often embody it through a shift in action by doing our soul based gifts and talents. This allows you to step into the healed and whole version of yourself.
Once you break the pattern of energy and align with soul, union is there.
Sometimes we align with soul first and then end up breaking the pattern of separation last, sometimes we break that energy pattern first - we are different.
